John Fox of Premier Cru sentenced

by Jenise » Mon Jan 23, 2017 7:22 pm

And he only got six years. Also, he's supposed to repay $45 million, though he supposedly doesn't have any money--he's going to take computer classes while in prison so when he's released he make billions and repay everybody.

Not sure what even longer jail time would do. He is already ruined.

Oh sure, he's ruined. But a measly six years for theft and deception on the scale he performed it hardly seems like much of a slap.

Can't have him taking up space that could be used to lock up someone for a couple of joints.

No kidding. He left a lot of suppliers holding the bag, too; I had a close shave.

Tonight's episode on American Greed on CNBC is about Mr. Fox.

KEWL! I'll tape it. Was just thinking about him, btw, that Vieux Donjon we drank last night came from his store. $25 per vs. the $50.33 average CT member price paid. AND, I received it!
