I cannot claim to have a ton of experience with these wines to compare them to other bottles, but it was a very nice and silky feather of a wine. A bit richer than I expected from reading about reports of this being pale orange. But I'm sure each bottle is different. And it was still mainly about the silk silk silky feather, the texture that doesn't exactly happen overnight!

My only critique would be a noticeable twinge of rancio on the finish at times. But I suppose that is to be expected. All in all, a very good way to end the week.

When one drinks wines like this, one must remember that they were often bottled when somebody wanted to buy. Hence bottle variation is the norm.
