Thanks for posting.
I love that the guy from Bordeaux association is named Christophe Chateau.
Big issue, but terribly written/researched article.
Those ridiculous fakes are probably being sold in China for $10ish, the fake bottles that people pay big bucks for usually have "better" fake labels. Or are refills.
On the scale of trophies I don't think '58 would be a coveted Lafite.

'd like to get some labels from that sort of bottle - I could stick them over the real label when I took a bottle to a blind tasting!

PS - don't assume that everyone would catch that the pictured bottle as a fake. I overheard a lady (fairly well into her cups) at a big wine festival explaining to her friend that Margaux Hemingway owned Chateau Margaux.
