More half-truths from the alt-BloodyPulpit:
1. Gruner: The two NW GV's were the first I've tried from the PacificNW. Both were pretty disappointing and not
even up to the level of the dull Zocker GV. I've had a few of the Syncline Rhone varietals that I rather liked.
The Illahe is a new wnry for me. The wines are made "naturally" by whatever definition you use.

2. IngridGroiss: Definitely one of my favorite Austrian wine producers. RoterVeltliner (not related to Gruner
Veltliner) typically make a pleasant enough wine, but just that. This Roter was maybe the best one I've yet had.
We have the IngridGroiss wines here in NM, but the distributor seems very cautious on how much they bring in. Or the
AZ importer (CircoVino) doesn't allocate much to Fiasco here in NM. The '16's (GV/GS/Rose) came & went in a matter
of a few weeks.

3. MoscatoGiallo: An ancient variety of likely MiddleEast origins. It is a parent of the more common MuscatBlanc
a PetitsGrains.

4. Christ: This was my first experience w/ the wines of RanierChrist. I was quite impressed by this GS. The importer,
CarloHuberSlctns, is also a new one for me. He has a very interesting portfolio of exclusively Austrian wines.
I would like to try more of them.
