2014 Bogle Vineyards Essential Red

Interesting to browse wine shelves in America to see so many US wines that don't make it across the pond.

Had this last night for dinner in our self catering cottage with Rigatoni pasta with Arrabiata sauce and salad.

Blend of old vine Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. Lovely warming juicy drink, maybe a little sweet and jammy, but we enjoyed it

Pretty much what I would expect from that wine, Peter. Bogle is located in the rather warm area of YoloCnty
and their wines tend to be on the soft/juicy/soupy side. But decent wines for the $$'s.
