La Dominode, 1er Cru, Burgundy, France. 12.5% abv. Dark purple color with some bricking at the rim. Somewhat earthy with a lengthy finish. It was acidic and slightly tart. It strikes me as a mixture of dark and red fruit. I had this with ham one evening and another evening with a sloppy joe on a toasted bun. I liked it.

Dominode is one of my favorite Jadot wines. It remains a sort of reasonable value...as much as Burgundy can still have values.
