WTN: Ridge Zin DusiRanch LateHrvst '07...(short/boring)

Tried this on NewYrsEve:
1. Ridge Zin DusiRanch LateHrvst Calif (BenitoDusiRanch/PasoRobles/SLOCnty; 15.5%; 51 brls; Bttld: Aug 08; submerged cap frmtation; Drk: 6/08-6/14: EB; SaH: 28.7%; RS: 1.4%) 2007: Drk color w/ some bricking; very strong blackberry/boysenberry/PR jammy/Zin slight alcoholic/fumey some dusty/OV some vanilla/Am.oak very ripe nose; rather soft/rich/lush very ripe PR jammy intense boysenberry/blackberry/Zin/spicy off-dry/very ripe fairly dusty/OV some Am.oak flavor w/ light smooth/ripe tannins; very long very ripe/boysenberry/blackberry/Zin/PR jammy strong vanilla/Am.oak off-dry fairly dusty/OV finish w/ light smooth/ripe tannins; loads of ripe PR jammy boysenberry fruit; only going to go downhill from here.
A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Clearly a very ripe Zin but not straying into pruney/raisened territory. Showing no signs of drying out yet. But the late hrvsty character and alcohol is only going to become more dominant. With a broiled pork tenderloin in a mustard/stout sauce, it was pretty decent. Probably would go even better w/ KansasCity (is there any other kind?) BarBQue.
