WTN: My New House White

2016 Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Chardonnay; This Chard. for $18 is a wonderful deal (with 10%discount) and widely available. The wine has lots of lemon fruit but with plenty of minerality/herbalness. The acidity is perfect and I need to aquire 2+ more cases for longer cellaring. With 8-10 years this could evolve into something special but mine will never last that long. Their Sonoma Co. Estate is much more expensive and I have not tasted it but would be surprised if it was any better.

BTW.............abv of %14.8 which is what first got my attention.
