A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Grillo: A natural cross between Catarratto X Zibibbo, which would suggest its origins are in Sicily rather than Apulia. It survives high temperatures and dry conditions found on Sicily. It is the primary grape used in Marsala, but has been found more & more as a dry wine.
