Tried this last night:
1. YvesGuegniard Dom. de la Bergerie LaCerisaie AC: Anjou (13%; Martine'sWines; 2015: Med.color; fairly earthy/loamy/dusty/Loire red/bit mushroomy some herbal/CabFranc nose; fairly tart quite earthy/loamy/mushroomy/damp cellar slight CabFranc/herbal/plummy flavor w/ light bitey tannins; fairly long quite earthy/loamy/mushroomy/root cellar/dusty light herbal/CabFranc bit tart/tangy finish w/ light rough tannins; a pretty typical Anjou CabFranc w/ not much fruit. $17.50 (KK)
A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. According to their WebSite, this is 100% CabFranc. I seemed to be a pretty typical Loire CabFranc which always brings back fond memories of my GrandParents root cellar down on the farm.
