Golden color with clarity. Sufficient acidity. This also has a suggestion of nectarines or other stone fruits with lanolin. I think this would pair well with a chicken salad with apple chunks, seedless grapes and diced celery. It could also complement halibut, grouper, or haddock. (Posted on CellarTracker)
