There was an article on food, health, and diet in Sunday's NYTimes magazine. Normally don't pay too much attention to these articles (I figured good/clean living I learned in Kansas was good enough), but this one has a lot of food for thought in it. Worth reading I think.

After reading it, I threw out my "nutrition" bars. But the diet ginger ale is staying!
