Happy Thanksgiving to all our forum pals! Good wishes of the season to our Canadian, European and Antipodean friends, too. What wine will you open with your holiday feast?

Happy Thanksgiving Robin.

We’ll be having some Rhys Pinot Noir, and a Chardonnay from Matthiasson. An Ultramarine sparkler or a German Riesling will round out the lineup.

We're going with classic French, and probably toasting Macron at some point. Hoping for decent QPR in the +/- $20 range with Jean-Claude Boisset 2016 Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Les Ursulines” and Domaine Laroche 2016 Chablis “Saint Martin.”

We're going to a dinner with about 20 friends.....I'm bringing 2 magnums of Sea Smoke Southing 2004 and 2014. 2 bottles of Jonata Todos 2014 and a 1987 Warre's port and a 1985 Taylor Fladgate. Other friends are bringing food and more wine. Expecting a fabulous time with no family dramas.

Happy Turkey Day everyone. We'll be starting with Leonard Oakes Steampunk sparkling cider, 2017 21 Brix Winery Gerurztraminer, my homemade 2015 Gerurz, 2009 Louis Latour Gervrey Chambertin, and my homemade 2012 Pinot Noir.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.
