2015 Vincent Pinot Noir Zenith Vineyard - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Eola - Amity Hills
A little more than a year after the last time I had this, and that time in the bottle was beneficial to the wine. It's still a black fruit focused Pinot, with some interesting minty/herbal nuances, but time has focused the fruit a bit more, and the structure is now on an even playing field. Aspects of my wine background have caused me to focus more on structural elements when evaluating Pinot Noir, and I thought this bottling hit the right balance. Probably best to drink it over the next 2-4 years, and enjoy every sip.
