2015 Failla Chardonnay Chuy Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Valley (7/24/2020)Initially served too cold, this was razor sharp and dominated by tart lemon notes. I let it warm up a bit, and then it fleshed out, with the tartness becoming a light creaminess, and a touch of finishing spice adding complexity. Much more interesting wine at cellar temp rather than fridge temp.
