No detailed notes, as this was shared with friends while we watched college football. That said the wine still made an impression with silky, ripe fruit, but good finishing structure that kept it from being one note. I suspect this has the guts and the balance to age well, not to mention my almost blind faith in the guy who made it. Delicious wine that channels the Ravenswood ethos, with a nod towards Bedrock.

Spur of the moment pop and pour, as I had just finished reading an article focused on Zinfandel. No worries, as this was ready to go from first sip. Freshly crushed raspberries, a touch of vanilla and spice, and a finishing hit of structure from both tannin and acid had me going back to the glass immediately after swallowing the first sip. Delicious stuff with the fruit depth and structure to age, though I sorely doubt I can exercise the requisite patience. It's really too good right now.
