Invited over to my friends digs for some BBQ Shrimp and Tomato salad.
2021 Huber Vision Gruner Veltliner (Organic) (Austria)
Delicate fresh green apple fruity aromas; displaying flavours of lemon; lime and peaches; solid fruit core; rich in finesse; with a beautiful length and mineral tones. $23 Cda. Shrimp perfectly cooked with a light spice peri peri sauce.
There seems to be some excellent Gruner Veltiner in my area of late, store downtown also has a very good choice of reds too.
