NV Soleras del Pacifico The Flor of Evangelho Evangelho Vineyard - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, Contra Costa County (1/18/2023)
I don’t really know how to write tasting notes on Sherry-style wines, but this is delicious and very flavorful, with nutty, piney, and lightly floral aromas and flavors. Dry as a bone, and long on the palate it’s incredibly satisfying, and an excellent first release. I am all in for the next one!

It's a wine from Jake Neustadt, from Bedrock (owners of Evangelho for a couple of years by now)

Yep. Jake’s first release. I am eagerly awaiting the second.

Sounds very exciting. (I love sherry, in fact I'm hosting a sherry tasting tomorrow night.)
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

I considered it a bit of a flier when it came out, but one bottle and I am impressed.
