Temperatures 30 degrees hotter than normal? That’s Rosé weather. Normally I am a Mourvèdre Rosé fan, but I had picked up a few of these, and figured it was about time to open one. Very pale color - more like onion skin than a light pink, but the aromas were on point, with peach and strawberry. Good acidity on the palate, which helped with the heat. Not something I would turn to for intellectual stimulation, but it hit the right marks for a summer Rosé, and that was all it had to do. Crisp, fruity, refreshing- check!
