A few yesterday:

2020 Bonpas Luberon Legende de Bonpas White Rhone Blend
Purchased for $6 at Grocery Outlet yesterday. Thought it would be a decent cooking wine, which I needed. Initially very little nose and flavor--smelled of dish soap and lacked fruit. But an hour later (not sampled in between) it was full of pears, acacia blossoms, ash and boatloads of white pepper. I love white pepper. Leans more toward the Vermentino in the blend than the grenache blanc. I'm not buying wine right now, but if I were I'd race back over there for a case to eat with Chinese food. Cool room temp recommended, don't chill.

Later, we tried this; Bob had asked for a glass of light red wine:

2017 Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Rouge Pinot Noir
Better than our first bottle 8 months ago. Still very delicate/light bodied, it showed more fruit than previously and a racy purity. Drank over two hours, and it faded toward the end. Drink up.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
