My 2023 tasting list

While the forum is working ...

I had to pull this together today for the tax man (wine writers get deductions, yeah!) and I thought it might be fun to post all the wins I purchased for review in The 30 Second Wine Advisor here. You've seen my WTN posts on some of them, although most of the over-$20s were reserved for the subscription-only paid-tier subscribers. If I were to post my 2023 list the forum would definitely fail for lack of bandwidth.

You drink more wines than your posts here suggest you do!

We drink ~ 480 bb a year - one a day with the trouble and strife and the others mostly with Jenise et al. I haven't added your list up but you do seem to be keeping up your end on this!

The portion over $20 - roughly half - go only to paid Wine Advisor subscribers because their support makes it possible for me to buy the wine. 8) I post some of the less pricey wines from the free edition here, but to be honest most of you don’t show much interest in $10-$15 wines even though they’re good qpr.

I do post the affordable wines that I find particularly interesting, but they don’t get a lot of response, maybe because I don’t write punny headers.

I hear you, though. I’ll try to be more diligent about posting my TNs that aren’t paywalled.
