2016 Massolino Dolcetto d'Alba - I used to drink Dolcetto much more often when it was a fruit forward light weight sort of Italian Beaujolais, but after they started pumping it up from being that to trying to become a kind of junior Barolo I started to lose interest.
This one hit a good balance between traditional and new style.- still dark in colour but with a balanced not too sweet presentation and the weight was about right. Recommended as a summer sipper.
