My new Prima/IlConsorzio shipment arrived ystrday, so cracked last night:
1. Giacosa Fratelli Dd'OCG: Roero Arneis (13%; GeoVino/Sausalito) Giacosa Fratelli/Neive 2022: Med.gold color; very attractive Arneis/floral/gardenias/dandelions bit spicy/appley some mineral/chalky/bit earthy rather perfumed nose; fairly tart/tangy/slight metallic fairly floral/Arneis/gardenias/dandelions/appley some savory/saline bit metallic/mineral somewhat rich/lush flavor; very long strong Arneis/floral finish that follows flavor; quite a lovely expression of Arneis w/ lots of aromatics & good richness/body/texture; a real steal at $20.00 (Prima/IlConsorzio)

More piggigrot from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Really impressed by this month's IlConsorzio Arneis selection. Classic Arneis aromatics w/ a richness/texture you do't usually get in Roero Arneis. I'm going back for more.

Awhile back I bought a case of this several years in a row. If I had a local source I'd do so again. It's brilliant, year in/year out.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Glad you said that Dale, I am pretty sure last time I bought it I paid around $28.

Yup, Dale... that's more like the standard price.
