Tried this wine w/ Susan last weekend:
1. Movia SauvignonBlanc Slovenia (13%; EthicaWines/Stamford/CT) Bela Kakovostino Vino/EB by Ales Kristancic/Dobrovo/Slovenia 2022: Med.light yellow color; rather ripe/melony/SB fairly floral/gardenias/dandelions quite attractive pefumed nose; fairly tart/tangy slight chalky/perfumed talc ripe/melony/SB/floral/gardenias some spicy/cardamon lovely flavor; very long/lingering ripe/melony finish that tracks flavor; a lovely very ripe melony SB; not any of the usual herbal character; very much like a DryCreekVntds Musque clone SB w/o the oak; resembles many of the SB from Sudstiermark; a ovely/lovely expression of SB. $29.00 (KK)

1. I'm a big fan of most of the wines from Slovenia. This comes from just across the border from Friuli by a producer I'm quite fond of. Seldom see Movia here in NM.
