WTN: Evangelhooooohhhh my!

2023 Bedrock Wine Co. Heritage Evangelho Vineyard - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, Contra Costa County (1/29/2025)
Sampled over two nights, this 2023 is the real deal. Even more so than the typically excellent Bedrock Evangelho, it displays a pinpoint balance, while also showing the sapidity that is somehow inherent in the wines of this site. The palate depth never overwhelms the details, making this the most precise, intricate Evangelho I have experienced. I suspect it will age long and gracefully. I also suspect that I will not be able to resist its charms to see that graceful aging. Need more!
