1993 Errazuriz Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve - this well aged Chilean cab was a middling garnet colour and had a nose of red currant with slight tobacco notes. Surprisingly still juicy and tasty with clean terminal acidity and a very decent lingering finish. A pleasant surprise!
