WTN: A White & Two Reds...(short/boring)

Tried these three w/ Susan last night:
1. Gout a Goutte Sauv Qui Peut WhiteLoireWine (13%; Selection Massale/CarmelVlly/CA; natural wine; 60% SauvBlanc + CheninBlanc) Ariane Lesne/Villiers sur Loire 2022: Light gold color;rather mineral/steely/bit metallic lightly herbal/SB some lemony/citric slight melony rather fragrant classic Loire nose; fairly tart/tangy slightly off-dry bbit rich/lush lightly herbal/SB/melony very slight steely/chalky/metallic somewhat bland flavor; med.long light melony/SB/herbal finish that mimics flavor; speaks quietly of Loire SB but a bit on the bland side & lacks the riveting minerality of a good Loire SB; a bit too off-dry for my tastes. $32.00 (SFW&S)

2. Francois Labet PinotNoir IGP: Ile de Beaute/Corsica (12.5%; TerlatoWines/LakeBluff/IL) Francois Labet/Cote d'Or 2022: Med.color; rather mineral/chalky/bit rustic saline/savory very slight black cherry/PN bit complex nose w/ little PN character; bit soft/lush rather savory/saline some tangy/metallic bit sour some earthy/loamy flavor w/ light tangy tannins; very little PN character but speaks strongly of rustic Corsican red. $21.00 (KK)

3. Dom.Bibich CRNO Syrah/Plavina (13%; Frmtd: SS & Fr.oak; Aged: 1 yr in Fr.oak; ZRS Wines/Brooklyn/NY) Vina Bibich/Plastovo/Croatia NV: Dark color; strong spicy/blackberry/Syrah/peppery bit dusty/earthy/OV light toasty/pencilly/Fr.oak quite interesting nose; fairly tart/tangy strong blackberry/Syrah/spicy/peppery bit rustic/earthy flavor w/ strong chewey tannins; very long blackberry/Syrah finish that tracks flavor; speaks more of rustic Syrah & not much of Croatia except for the rustic character; a rather rough/rough expression of Syrah; interesting Syrah that may beefit from several yrs of age. $21.00 (SFW&S)

1. I was attracted to the Labet by the Cote d'Or on the label. Was curious what a Burgundian producer could do w/ Corsician fruit. Not much. But, once again, terroir trumps winemaking.
I rather liked the Croatian Syrah . A bit on the rustic side but spoke strongly of Syrah.
