Tried this Viognier last night:
1. Les Ruisseaux Viognier IGP: Collines Rhodaniennes (13.5%; 100% Viognier; KermitLynch/Berkeley) Dom.Jean-Claude Marsanne/Mauves/Ardeche 2022: Med.light yellow color; attractive bright/pear/Viog/floral/gardenas slight chalky/stony slight new mown hay/herbal fairly fragrant nose; lightly tart/steely bit chalky/tony fairly floral/Viog/pear/peach/gardnias somewhat mild-mannered rather pleasant Viog flavor; med.long floral/Viog finish that mimics flavor; a rather pleasant rather quiet/mild-mannered/low-key Viog but nothing of the depth or intensity of a Condrieu; a rather pretty Viog but nothing more; pretty pricey for what it delivers. $40.00 (SFW&S)

More fissleblast from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Not a producer I'm familiar with but high hopes for because it's a KermitLynch wine. It was a pleasant enough Viognier but only that. The TablasCreek would blow it away.
