Over two years since my last bottle, and I am glad I waited. There’s still a core of bright citrus fruit, though it has mellowed a bit. What has been added is a textural richness, as well as a hint of nut skin that makes the overall package much more complex and interesting. No idea which component of the blend might have provided that, but if I had tasted this blind I may well have guessed there to be some Marsanne or Roussanne in the blend. Very delicious and engaging wine right now. I will make an effort to open my last bottle sooner rather than later.
