Michael Bregeon A'OC: Gros-Plant du Pays Nantais Sevre et Maine/Loire-Atlantique (10.5%; Folle Blanche; KermitLynch/Berkeley) Frederic Lailler/Vigneron Gorges 2022: Light yellow/gold color; rather chalky/mineral/metallic/steely light floral/CB-like rather restrained nose; vey tarttangy/metallic/steely rather chalky/stony low-fruit flavor; med. chalky/stony/steely finish that tracks flavor; a quite savory/saline/mineral rather lean white w/ precious little fuit; badly needs food w/ it; fairly typical Loire-Atlantique; it is what it is. $21.50 (KK)
