2021 Caraccioli Cellars Private Property Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Brut Santa Lucia Highlands
Dang this is good. I purchased several recently and this is the first one I've opened. This is a bubble that will reward further aging but it's so fetching now it will be hard to leave them alone to get there. As GBLAIR on CT so aptly put it: "Fine bubbles and racing acidity that allows a touch of sweetness to shine through while being almost bone dry, extra brut with only 4 g/l of dosage, and creamy...the contrast of sweet and dry is captivating...and the exceptional Chardonnay base wine shines through."
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

That does sound good, Jenise, and is a totally new producer to me. As Champagne prices continue to soar (Vilmart NV now $70+) I'll be tempted to start looking elsewhere.

I paid $35 for these at First Bottle, Mark; a bargain. I just checked into buying more and they're gone, unfortunately. Possibly a winery close-out and unrepeatable, but if you come across it: buy. I can't wait to open one for famous Champagne fanatic Warren Taranow who many of you may know from Wine Berserkers.
