2015 Domaine Serguier Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend
A bottle a month ago was thin and weedy, but this one had fruit. Not sure of the blend but my guess would be grenache with some mourvedre. Mind you, it was still more savory than one expects from Chateauneuf but the herb and cola element actually nailed the pairing with a hearty pork and green chili stew. A very happy pairing.
