Poured a glass to go with my broiled lobster tail dinner, but ended up drinking the whole bottle. That game!

Not as interesting or youthful as the bottle in March. Still eminently drinkable, just not as inviting.

That game needed a magnum!

Sure did. Definitely one of the most interesting games I've ever seen. I was almost sorry it didn't last long enough to bring Yamamoto back.

I survived to the end of the 2018 18 inning affair between the Red Sox and Dodgers, but I was in the mountain time zone at the time. Being home on EDT there was no way!

My house holds two people, one who records every game (SWMBO) and another (me) who avoids such things whenever possible (no interest in watching team sports). Luckily we have two TVs in the house..... Remember the scene in A Clockwork Orange where they tie Malcom McDowell up and force him to watch scenes of violence? That's what it would take to get me to watch team sports (individual sports e.g. Olympics do interest me, however.)

I have played a few team sports (cricket, soccer) but only individuals playing against each other (e.g. racquetball, squash) or individual sports (archery, car racing) have ever really drawn me in.
