- 2022 Perkins Harter Pinot Noir Sojeau Vineyard - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Eola - Amity Hills (10/30/2025)
First ever bottle from Perkins Harter, and thankfully won’t be my last. As soon as I opened the bottle I was getting this floral & red fruit combination. Crystalline pure, dark red yet still totally translucent, it looked as elegant as it smelled. On the palate it showed weight, but simultaneously a lightness of touch. Subtle tannins held things together, and it remained a fascinating drink over the course of the evening. Outstanding Pinot Noir from the Eola Amity Hills.
