Bob: Not sure if you use a VPN, but for me cellartracker cannot be accessed when it is on. I need to temporarily disable it to view.

Bob, the difference between the two screens you posted is simply a matter of clicking on HOME from the tool bar vs. WINES from the tool bar.

You would likely know if you were using a VPN, so probably not the issue. VPN = virtual private network, you would need to sign up for one and log into it when using.

Staying logged in requires that the website place a cookie on your browser. Such cookies are usually updated each time you first access the website. If something goes wrong when the website tries to retrieve or update the cookie (connection failure, data corruption, cookie accidentally deleted, etc.) the website won't automatically log you in. I've had that happen with WLDG when my internet connection went down while I was trying to access this site.
