2016 Newton Chardonnay Unfiltered (Napa Valley)
Not dead but starting to lose freshness. A far cry from the Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay of years ago, but a decent bottle to pour for the NYE snacks. There are three more in the crypt (my dad’s cellar) that need to be gotten to sooner rather than later.

Like the name of your thread. The metric reference is much better than using the equivalent Imperial measure of force - the slug! (I know that one measure mass and the other force. Slug just sounds inelegant!)
