Light in color but not at all light in flavor. It's a pretty yet substantial Nebbiolo in an early drinking window. No aged complexity yet, but more than enough substance to allow for that to happen in time. Maybe revisit this in another couple of years.
I was prompted to open this by the news that Aldo Vacca is retiring later this year as managing director of the Produttori del Barbaresco.
