2021 Domaine Faury St. Joseph Les Ribaudes Blanc - clear light yellow with hints f green, a nose that featured a pear/apple combo, clean acidity and good length. Had it with a stir fry dinner and it played off those flavours nicely. I don't cellar a lot of Northern Rhone whites (a Vincent Paris from the Ardeche, a Gaillard St. Jo and this wine are about it) but I should pay them more attention, Good summer and/or seafood wines. This one is a blend of 60% Marsanne, 40% Roussanne. It was made in La lutte raisonnée style, ('the reasoned struggle') which uses chemicals less often and less aggressively than conventional growers.

Sounds like a wine I'd love!

I'll earmark the last bottle to be opened in your presence. We should do a Northern Rhone theme one of these days....
