  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Trousseau - USA, California, North Coast (2/19/2026)
Barely darker than a robust Rosé, this Trousseau brings it all with the aromatics - red fruit, baking spices, herbal, petrichor. Light bodied, with a tart edge, it’s mouthwatering and practically begs for the next sip. Very satisfying wine.

I haven't had a AR Trousseau in years, but that perfectly matches my memory. Pale, herbal, crunchy. I see it's at a retailer I use occasionally, will add some to next order.

That's a wine I'd love to try--have yet to have an A-R that didn't impress.

A little backstory. I used to buy a lot of A-R, but for various reasons slowed down several years ago. Never dropped off the list though. About a year ago I opened a 2012 of this same wine, and it blew me away. When I got the offering I jumped. Three bottles are in my drink relatively soon racks, and three are now buried. I want to see of lightning can strike twice.
