Shared these three w/ Susan this weekend:
1. Bechtold PinotGris Nef des Folles AC: Alsace (13%; OberHundVnyd; 12 days on skins; NealRosenthal/NY) Kirckheim 2021: Deep gold/slight reddish/slight browning color; fairly floral/PG/carnations/marigolds light earthy/dusty pleasant enough rather interesting nose; quite earthy/dusty/rustic light floral/PG/marigolds bit austere/tannic/hard flavor; med. short austere/rustic/earthy light PG/floral somewhat tannin finish; much more like a PG Ramato than a traditional PG; not very attractive & disappointing for a Rosenthal. $29.00 (KK)

2. Bastide Mirafloris Rouge Ad'OP: Cotes du Roussilon (14.5%; 70% Syrah/30% Vieilles Vignes de Grenache (14.5%; EricSolomon/EuropeanCllrs/Charlotte/NC) Famille Lafage/Perpignan 2019: Very dark color; very strong Syrah/blackberry/peppery some Grenache/strawberry light toasty/Fr.oak some earthy/dusty rather rustic/coarse some interesting nose; bit tart rather rustic/coarse/rough/gritty some blackberry/Syrah bit OV Grenache/strawberry rather classic Roussilon red flavor; fairly long rough/coarse/gritty some Syrah finish that tracks flavor; a pretty rough/rustic Roussilon red that needs some 3-6 yrs age but will probably never be more than this; very fair price. $18.00 (KK)

More dibbleskat from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I kinda liked the Roussilon Syrah/Grenache blend. A pretty rough/gritty red that would go well w/ some spicy BarBQue.
