I was given this bottle as a gift in Germany last year. The producer is starting to get on the radar back there anyway. Fresh and fruity -Bruised apple flesh, fresh fig, sappy, sweet floral aromas, but quite dry. Spicy and herbal on the finish with lingering acidity, helped along by a little trapped CO2. Medium to light bodied -a nice bridge between Alsace and Northern Italy or Slovenia. Nice. 12,5% alc.
