Served with gougeres, this was nice enough, but unimpressive. Both Laura and I thought it rather wan on entry, and while much fuller/more flavorful on the finish, it had a distinct bitter note that detracted. Smelled nicer than it tasted, but the point is to drink it. Not thrilled that I have two more bottles.
