- 2022 Orixe Sotelo Rosé en Flor - USA, California, Central Coast, Monterey County (6/28/2026)
I wondered what this wine would be like with a couple of years in the cellar. Tonight I found out, and the results are very fine. It has a breadth and depth that I don’t find in many Rosé wines, while still holding onto a level of brightness/freshness that makes it feel like Rosé.
