Served with a huge bowl of popcorn and a movie, this was a delight. Deep red fruit, a yeasty edge, and a lingering finish made it perfect for my Champagne fanatic wife, and even satisfied my desire for a glass of red wine (because I just wanted one). Given the depth of fruit this should evolve for years, though I struggle to figure out how to keep my hands off of it.
