  Perfectly integrated, this is quite mouth filling, with a long, yeast bread infused finish. My wife and I finished the bottle much too quickly.

Vilmart hits our sweet spot for Champagne, though we mostly have had their NV bottlings. I don't see them on offer much anymore (and I'm really not buying much wine these days).

Envoyer still occasionally offers them. I do also see them in the annual Skurnik DI offer from Flatiron.

Big Vilmart fan. Not especially hard to find in NYC area (Zachys, Tribeca, Astor, Flatiron, Wine Cellarage) though prices are up.
