Cracked this sucker open last night w/ my lasagna:
1. RobertBialeVnyds OldVnyds/StHelena&Calistoga/NapaVlly PetiteSirah (16.1%; 250 cs) 1995: Black color w/ little signs of bricking; very strong blackberry/boysenberry/peppery/PS/licorice/cola slight pencilly/oak very slight bretty complex nose; soft plummy/cola/blackberry/peppery/spicy/PS slight tannic slight pencilly/oak smooth/polished/svelte some complex flavor; med.long smooth/polished spicy/peppery/blackberry/PS slight pencilly/cedary/oak finsih w/ light/smooth tannins; a smooth/polished fully mature PS; one of those rare PSs that has come together well; a real pleasure to drink. $35.00
