I have very little information but does anyone know about this wine?

On July 4th, I had some wine that my uncle poured. It was a California red, maybe a blend, (I'm sorry, I simply can't remember) but the name was very Australian...something like "Adelaide". I do recall that the winemaker gave a lot of details about the grapes and significant harvest information on the back label and that there were far fewer than 500 cases made. It was an outstanding wine especially considering we had been drinking '89 Bordeaux before having it...it blew the French out of the water. Any search I’ve done comes back with everything except California information. Can anyone help me out with the name of the winery or a website?

It was probably Adelaida Cllrs in Paso Robles.

Thank you, Tom. It was the Cabernet Sauvignon Viking Estate Reserve 2004 from Adelaide Cellars. A wonderful wine at this young age. A little steep at $75 a pop but I may put in an order for a case after payday.
I am embarrassed that I was not able to find the website and now think it may have been filters/security on my government network.

Jon, thanks for the tip! I'm hopelessly hooked on Cali Cabs, but always a little leary when I get to that price point.

Art, I do not think you'll be disappointed. I was really wowed by this wine, which, if I understand the web site correctly, may not even be released to the public yet.
