Notes from the Outer Limits of Ontario Wine tasting

I attended this tasting on Monday night, put on by the Ontario Wine Society, in downtown Toronto and have just finished updating my notes. There were some truly fascinating wines poured, including a Georgian Bay Seyval and some completely new Blattner hybrids from Southwestern Ontario.
