 You mean there's ANOTHER way to eat barbecued chicken??  FWIW, I have often laughed at non-Southerners who would use a knife and fork to eat Southern fried chicken.  Come on, people, that is a food that is made for fingers, leave the silverware for beefsteaks and such.  Same goes for barbecue chicken, ribs, etc.
