Stuart and Cynthia - The smoked red savina is out of stock. Do you know what time of year it becomes available? Sounds wonderful. I love hot spices and sauces.

Usually in the fall, right after Jim gets the harvest in. I don't know if he'll be doing any more soon, but I'll ask him if you'd like. I've known him for many, many years.

Karen, I sent Jim a note and he sent back a "Huh? I still have 30 bottles on the shelf right next to me."

He had his web guy go fix the site so it shows as available again!

(Technology is great... when it works.)
